A sensitve addition to an important Perth home, mixing Old English style with modern family function.
This outstanding home was designed in 1939 by prominent architect Herbert Parry FRAIA, and has since been the subject of a number of renovations of greater and lesser respect for the original design.
The new work to the property involves the addition of living and entertaining spaces, as well as bedrooms, applied over the existing footprint of the latest renovation. The new work will adhere more closely to the style and intention of the original home, but will avoid pastiche.
This project is currently in planning and documentation.
